Have been able to follow Syd's training plan (STP) most days. I've switched days on occasion and have had to miss my third swim of the week each week. This doesn't freak me because that's my strongest event. had a 1k TT scheduled for yesterday and a 45 min R1 scheduled today but I couldn't get to the Y yesterday so switched them up. M 1k TT time was 15:00 on the nose. That's a 1:30 per 100m pace and I'm quite happy with that. One month ago the test was 15:24. So 24 seconds faster.
Bike: have done 70k in 2:30 on a wet and windy day.
Run is coming along. Not much to add. First sprint is coming up in a week and a half. I'll be able to test my fitness against the other 2 times I've raced Milton.
