Training Plan for the week 8

Alright.  Last week we were very busy with getting As You Like It ready for opening on Thursday.  As well, the family was sick with a variety of throwing up and fevers.  All is back to normal now although I have my niece Emily here and I'm not sure how much I'll get in.  With the best of intentions here is this weeks training plan.

Monday:  Weights - 1:00
Run - :30

Tuesday:  B mag - 1:00

Wednesday:  Run - :40 speed

Thursday - B mag - 1:30

Friday - Weights - 1:00
(Swim - 1:00)

Saturday - Run 1: 15

Sunday - Bike 1:45

Total:  8:40
