March 10

O.k. Now it's March Break and Deb is out of town for a month.  Another week that will make training difficult.  I will report every day, I think I'll be able to do something every day.  Today I got lucky.  In the run I only got a half hour  and did some speed stuff but I don't know what I'm doing or if it's even effective.  Sort of a ladder of faster intervals.  From 7 mph to 9 mph.
